Occlusal Splints & Mouthguards
Our technicians can provide you with a variety of splints including hard-soft or milled splints. We also offer Michigan or NTI style splints in addition to the traditional flat plane splint. Our multilayered mouthguards come in a variety of colours and can be tailored to suit heavy contact sports or light contact activities.
Wax-Ups & Smile Designs
Wax-ups are a great way to assist you with more complex cases. The Lab can create a 2D smile design, or design and print an “additional wax-up” (mock up) model or a fully digital wax-up and model. This allows you and the patient to see what the final product will look like if you decide to proceed to veneers, crowns, or implants. Our team can also provide you with clear and LVI stents, alternating stents and suck downs over clear stents that ensure they remain rigid in the mouth.
Temporary Crowns
We offer a full range of temporary restoration options. These include composite and acrylic crowns, metal or composite crowns, Maryland and PMMA crowns and bridges, and PMMA implant crowns.
Surgical Guides & Sleeves
The Lab can print surgical guide bases and insert required surgical sleeves to ensure your tricky implant cases run smoothly.
Implant Restorations
Our knowledgeable technicians can also tackle multi-unit bridges and highly aesthetic anterior implant cases. We supply with a variety of implant restorations including screw-retained monolithic and layered zirconia implant crowns, screw-retained PFM implant crowns and cement-retained titanium, zirconia, e.max, or chrome cobalt abutments and accompanying crowns.
Metal Based Restorations
Our range of metal-based restorations includes Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (PFM), Post & Core, Gold Crowns (and other full metal crowns), Maryland PFM or metal, and composite bridges.
E.max (Lithium Disilicate) Veneers, Crowns & Overlays
The Lab utilises both milled and pressed e.max techniques to achieve and excellent fit for all cases. We create e.max restorations for all recommended applications from monolithic, layered and highly aesthetic/minimal prep veneers to monolithic or layered crowns, bridges and overlays.
Digital Design Services
Don’t have time or skills to design beautiful cases but would like to mill them on-site? Or do you want some expert advice on multiple unit cases in the aesthetic zone? Simply send us your scan, patient photos and design instructions online through your scanner and our online portal. We take care of the digital design for you. Ask us to get set up for our online job submission portal today.
Zirconia Crowns
We offer complete monolithic, layered, and ultra-translucent zirconia crowns, bridges and implant crowns. Our skilled technicians use staining and layering techniques to achieve any aesthetic style for even the most particular patient wishes.
Whitening & Orthodontic Appliances
Our range of appliances for orthodontic cases and whitening consist of bleach trays, straight and hygienic bonded retainers, and vacuum formed removable retainers or aligners.
Shade Taking
Do you have a larger case or a picky patient and want to match a complex shade? You can send your patients to our Lab and we will take the shade for you.
Models
Models are a great foundation for your case. Our range includes printed study models, printed implant models, plaster models, die-stone models, and die-stone implant models. Models are supplied as part of all crown and implant bridge cases but can be ordered for planning or other purposes as well.
Full Arch Restoration Packages
Looking for all-on-4, 5 or 6 restoration packages? We offer monolithic and layered zirconia, PFM, and acrylic and composite hybrid on metal options. Our team can also provide you with milled bars for your case.
